This Privacy Policy applies only to the Web Site, defined as all pages and sub-pages included therein, and Noire Line does not assume any responsibility for the different privacy and personal data protection policies which may be contained on web pages that can be accessed via hyperlinks located on this Web Site which are not directly managed by Noire Line.
This policy has been prepared in full compliance with applicable laws on personal data protection, i.e., inter alia, the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999 of December 13, (the “LOPD”) and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, containing the LOPD implementing regulations.

For the purpose established in the organic law 15/1999, December 13. Noire Line, informs that the personal data introduced on the website will be incorporated in a file which would be entitled “ CLIENT AND SUPPLIER FILE”. To be part of the Noire Line registered community users and to be able to register, the USER must have, at least eighteen years. Therefore, when completing the registration form or newsletter, the USER guarantees that he / she is at least eighteen (18) years and will be entirely responsible for this declaration. Noire Line may require the USER, at any time, to verify their age by providing the corresponding identification document.

 

6. SOCIAL MEDIA NETWORKS

The user, once attached to the Noire Line  page, may publish in the latter comments, links, images or photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. The user, in all cases, must be the owner of the same, enjoy the copyright and intellectual property or have the consent of the affected third parties. Any publication on the page, texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., is expressly prohibited.
